Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking but more than 7 days before the scheduled travel date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled travel date are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • All tickets and travel documents will be delivered electronically via email.
  • Physical copies of tickets can be provided upon request and will be shipped to your address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Electronic Delivery:

  • After successful payment, electronic tickets and travel itineraries will be emailed to the provided email address within 24 hours.
  • Please ensure that you provide a correct and valid email address at the time of booking.

Physical Delivery:

  • If physical delivery is requested, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Physical tickets will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation via a reliable courier service.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination but typically range from 3-7 business days within India.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping charges will apply for physical deliveries and will be added to your total booking amount at checkout.
  • Any additional customs or import duties applicable to international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


  • A tracking number will be provided for physical deliveries, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
