- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the departure date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund.

- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain special offers, promotions, or discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions), Venice of East will work to provide a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or a credit voucher for future travel.
