At Venice of East, we strive to offer exceptional travel experiences and understand that sometimes plans may need to change. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings made through our agency.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the departure date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund.

2. Special Cases

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain special offers, promotions, or discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions), Venice of East will work to provide a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or a credit voucher for future travel.

3. How to Cancel

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to veniceoftheeasttt@gmail.com. Please include your booking reference number, name, and reason for cancellation.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Venice of East reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new bookings.
