Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
- Arrival at Delhi airport/railway station.
- Welcome by our representative and transfer to the hotel.
- Check-in at the hotel and freshen up.
- Delhi sightseeing:
- Visit India Gate, a war memorial.
- Explore the historic Red Fort.
- Drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House) and Parliament House.
- Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Delhi – Agra (Approx. 210 km – 4 hours)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Proceed towards Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal.
- En-route visit:
- Sikandara – the tomb of Emperor Akbar.
- Visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Continue the journey to Agra.
- Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.
- Visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Witness the mesmerizing sunset view of the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh (optional and subject to time).
- Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Agra – Jaipur (Approx. 240 km – 5 hours)
- Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal at sunrise (optional and subject to time).
- Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.
- Visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as the “Baby Taj.”
- Depart for Jaipur, the Pink City.
- En-route visit:
- Abhaneri Stepwell, a historical site known for its unique architecture.
- Continue the journey to Jaipur.
- Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.
- Evening at leisure to explore local markets.
- Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Jaipur – Departure (Approx. 260 km – 5 hours)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Jaipur sightseeing:
- Visit the majestic Amber Fort and enjoy an elephant ride (subject to availability).
- Explore the City Palace, a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.
- Photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).
- Visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory.
- Lunch at a local restaurant (own expense).
- After sightseeing, depart for Delhi.
- Drop-off at Delhi airport/railway station for onward journey.

Inclusions
- Accommodation for 3 nights in well-appointed hotels on a twin-sharing basis.
- Daily breakfast at the hotel.
- Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle throughout the tour.
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Elephant ride at Amber Fort (subject to availability).
- English-speaking guide for sightseeing in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur.
- All applicable taxes and parking fees.

- Airfare/train fare.
- Meals other than those mentioned in the inclusions.
- Monument entrance fees.
- Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
- Any other item not mentioned in the inclusions.
Important Information
The contract between the service provider agency, Venice of East (VOE), and the client is only effective upon receipt of full payment from the client.
VOE reserves the right to:
a) Cancel the contract before the service date, in which case liability is limited to refunding the amount received from the client without interest.
b) Amend the route/timing of transportation services due to unavoidable circumstances.
VOE is not responsible for improper services provided by any other agency apart from those officially confirmed by VOE. The agency is also not liable for sudden situations that arise during the service period, such as damage, loss of luggage, or valuables, caused by the act or default of independent service associates.
VOE shall not be liable for any death, injury, sickness, accidents, illegal or immoral activities, penalties due to activities against civic rules, or damage or loss of luggage or valuables.
The quoted amount for services is based on prevailing fuel and related costs at the time of quotation. VOE reserves the right to amend the quoted rate due to changes in tax or surcharge structures, fuel costs, or other costs beyond its control. In such cases, VOE will inform the client in advance of any additional payment required before the start of the service.
This contract is governed by Indian law, and any disputes should be resolved in the exclusive administrative jurisdiction of Siliguri subdivision of Darjeeling district in India.
Package bookings must be confirmed in writing.
All booking correspondence must be in writing.
Verbal communication will not be considered in case of disputes.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving 50% of the total package cost.
The remaining payment must be cleared before starting the service.
Cancellation Terms and Policies:
Cancellation must be communicated in writing to VOE.
10% of the package cost deducted for cancellations after booking and advance payment.
5% deduction for service date changes made up to 30 days before the service, with the cost calculated based on the hotel and transportation costs for the new date.
20% deduction for cancellations made 30 days before the service starts.
40% deduction for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the service.
50% deduction for cancellations made 14 to 10 days before the service.
60% deduction for cancellations made 9 to 6 days before the service.
90% deduction for cancellations made 5 days up to 48 hours before the service.
100% deduction for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service or in case of no-show.
